I refuse to do it and always have.  What you do not know is why I chose to take such a strong stance when we went online some 5 years ago with our first real estate investing course.

I know what it is like to look in the seat cushion of our sofa for quarters so I could buy my family a loaf of bread because times had gotten so bad.  In those times, all I ran across was people telling me what "I wanted to hear" and not the truth.

Big talkers.

All I ever wanted in those times was for someone, anyone, to just shoot straight with me and all I  got was B.S. artists.
